What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type: your name and phone number, and optionally your email, city, the course you are interested in, your target year and a message. We also record which page and which form you used, and when.

When you use the college assistant, your question is processed to find an answer. We keep counters to prevent abuse, keyed to a one-way hash of your network address and an anonymous session cookie — not to your identity.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the counselling you asked for. They are stored in Grave Minds’ own records and are not sold.

Assistant questions are used to answer you and, in aggregate, to improve the answers. Repeated questions may be cached without any personal information.

Cookies and local storage

The assistant sets one strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie that expires after a day. The site remembers in your browser whether you have already enquired, so it does not keep asking. We do not use advertising cookies.

Third parties

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, an embedded Google Map on the contact page, and a muted YouTube video reel on the home page on larger screens. If abuse protection is triggered, a Cloudflare Turnstile check may load. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
