Best Private Colleges for B.Tech: Branch, Campus and Fit

Students often choose a B.Tech college by name and accept whatever branch their rank allows. It is worth turning that around: decide what you want to study first, then find where you can study it well.

Branch first

Computer science, electronics, mechanical, civil, biotechnology — each leads to different kinds of work. Read the curriculum of the branches you are considering and ask whether you would enjoy four years of it.

Then campus

Several universities run more than one campus, and branches, facilities and intake differ between them. Make sure the campus you would be allotted offers what you want.

Then the route in
